Gary Nourse – Managing Director
“Gary joined the company in 2005 with the aim of organically growing the business. He started cold calling potential customers with an intention of visiting new sites to provide quotations. After months of perseverance, he secured many new contracts and rapidly expanded the office cleaning division.
In 2010, as recognition for this growth and improving the marketing of the company, Gary was awarded Directorship. The success of his involvement in other key areas of the business encouraged his Father to appoint him Managing Director in August 2012, taking on full responsibility.
Since 2012, Gary has further grown the business and improved the infra-structure, to ensure sustainability.”
Charlotte Nourse – Operations Director
“Charlotte joined the company in 2001 to further strengthen the operational side of the business. She played a key role in the progression of the company into the bus cleaning market and as recognition for her efforts was awarded Directorship in 2007.
To ensure our growth was sustainable, Charlotte focused on recruiting good quality management and improving the operational processes/procedures. She also played a key role in developing our Bus Cleaning Management system that allows our Bus clients to have live feed access to their SLA’s.
Melanie Nourse – Facilities Director
Melanie joined the company when it was founded in June 2000. She was heavily involved with the award of the company’s first large contract, South West Trains, and as recognition was awarded Directorship in 2007. She has since run that contract and been a key reason why we still provide them services to this day. She is also responsible for many of our office cleaning clients and works very closely with management to ensure high service levels.
Paul Nourse – Procurement Director
Paul joined the company when it was founded in June 2000. His first role was to ensure the company was performing by carrying out numerous quality audits across all the contracts.
His role now focuses on managing all the consumable orders across the business, liaising closely with our supplier and management to ensure the stock levels on each contract are to the desired level.
